Pay back my money for migration fee incorrectly deducted

I have 5 different accounts with Vodacom, which one debit order gets deducted every month. The month of June they have deducted a R1100 extra,i phoned the call centre and they have admitted a mistake was made by them by adding an migration fee,but we did not migrate to a different package. They told me it will take 5 to 10 working days to pay the money back in to my account, while GUESS WHAT? Its months later Vodacom has been getting their money for my contracts month after month but yet no correction of the error they made by paying my money back that they took for something that wasnt done. I now had it with Vodacom call centres, nobody know what to do. Everyone has a different answer. I have spoken to so many "supervisors/managers" still no answer. I am going to change my network to Cell c or MTN im sure they wont take money that doesnt belong to them and not pay it back. One person tells me i must send an email to say a payment needs to be made, another puts me thru the CANCELATION department,WHAT AM I CANCELING? I need my money!!! I dont receive my accounts, debit orders go off every month but i dont know what for as i dont receive accounts. I have phoned over 12 times now asking for my accounts! I always believed in Vodacom but with *********** people working there that doesnt know jac**** How am i suppose to get my money back????
