Pay back my money
Received a refund today of R 659.14. You people deducted my account for 5 months for R 190.00 which was not supposed to be debited.
An amount of R 950.00 was supposed to be refunded and confirmed telephonically by your consultant. You people have made me wait 6 months for my query to be attended to and still ***** from the customer.

01 Apr 2021, 10:11Just because a refund was made does not mean it was correct. The refund value was less than what was actually debited from my account and was not the same amount confirmed on call with your consultant. I will keep posting until I get my Full refund.
