PAY BACK MY MONEY

After my complaint about Vodacom's ridiculously expensive internet on Hellopeter, YOU GUYS came back with an offer of paying me back R4000 as gesture of goodwill. In the meantime 2 months have passed without ANY payback. Dane Larson, the liaison at Vodacom is ignoring my e-mails. I honestly don't know which internet provider one can trust in this country! I actually just want to cancel this contract with you and move on with my life, because since getting it, it has just been an uphill battle. You can't even keep your promises!
