Pay as you go gets Invoiced
Pitty there is not a Zero star option.
If you are looking for a lot of excuses. Go to Vodacom. If you need to learn how to delay and avoid complaints. Go to Vodacom
Its been over a month now. And still just receive empty promises that it will get sorted. Calling in is useless cause the agents are no longer on the old M2 system. Then you get transferred to the beginning or just plainly cut off.
Had one phone call from someone looking at these complaints on hellopeter. I thought yes! Now things will get done. And still NOTHING. In theory it should be a simple process. What you did on the one account was supposed to have been duplicated on the other. Instead someone did half a job and managed to revert even that change back, but not back, but yes pay situation. (it sound confusing right! (Yes their systems does not speak to each other) So now there is a monthly subscription charge on a Pay as you Go. And you have to pay it so that "we can look at it".... NO!!! Fix it!!
I have had it with these *********** call centre people. I would like to speak too someone intelligent that is reachable until the matter has been resolved. Simple request right??
I have been allocated to deal with this. The original contract holder gave permission and on some systems can bee seen. The person that called via HP confirmed it with the contract holder but never came back to say what was found. Just an empty hollow promise offered.
