Patricia Somo bytes midrand

I would like to complain regarding service I received from a lady by the name of Patricia Somo from the solutions department at bytes midrand. Time of call - 21h00, team leader Cedrick manamela. I called requesting assistance regarding my data usage. From the begging she sounded a bit annoyed but I ignored that. As the conversation continued, Patricia threatened me and further went on to explain to me how she is also using an iPhone, u will notice from the call that not once did I mention the type of phone I’m using, she however emphasized more then twice just to put me in check. During the call, I politely asked her why she is shouting at me? Her response was “ how can I be shouting cause my colleagues would tell me to stop and besides I have flu so how can I shout?” I then asked her what else can I do if I’m not satisfied, is there no other option for me? Her response was no, this is where it ends, the buck stops with her. Kindly please listen to the call and revert. I would like an apology from her, I was respectful at all times to her and I did not appreciate the manner she spoke to me and would like her to call me back and offer an apology. Thank you
