Patient, 7 months wasn't long enough?

Yet again me and Vodacom. I don't need an automated reply to say you going to contact me, I need someone to contact me and sort out my problem today. We have been loyal customers for more that 20 years and the level of service you get is totally ridiculous. For 7 months we have been patient for our fibre. It finally went live last week. The 1st white box with the fibre cable was installed in September 2020. The black box was installed 3 February, when the guy connected the two, the fibre isn't working. He tested the fibre in the box outside, it is working, but not the connection coming into my house. With a lot of frustration I have been calling Vodacom and MetroFibre and everyone is blaming each other. I am promised feedback, but nothing. I have SR numbers, with timeframes attached to it, but after 4 days of waiting for an answer I am just told to be patient. After 7 months how many months more must I be patient. My husband has spoken to our lawyer I have to give him an update, but can't get anything. Was just told to be patient again.

I just want to thank Vodacom for doing nothing, for sending me from pillar to post. I also feel that Vodacom should pay me a months salary of one of your support staff, because I had to resolve my problem myself.
After numerous calls and fights with no resolve, I took it upon myself to call MetroFibre. I resolved my problem within 24 hours. Vodacom has been struggling to do that since last week Thursday.
