My wife and I as taken two BlackBerry z3 cell phone contracts with vodacom. When app**** for it the consultants and team leaders said whatever to get the sale. I received my handset and it wasnt working well and switching off losing signal and so on. I called the custoner aftersales and told them them what was going on they advised the phone will be picked up bt nthing till date I called and spoke to a consultant and she says nothing was booked in and nthing can be done my fone must go in for repairs. Now my wifes fone is worst it heats up switches off and battery dies. No joy from vodacom till date. The customer service and after sales is **** and vodacom is one of the worst networks to be with. More money for a **** fone n net work
