Pathetic VoIP Voddacom service
The worst service ever ons VoIP. We ordered the lines and phones with confirmation that there would be voicemail only to be told once it is installed that there is no such option or they think there is but nobody knows. We have been tryin for a month to get feedback with no-luck and thus will be cancelling the lines and send the phones back and rather join Switch Telecom who clearly are way more organised and professional. Allistar is one of the worst consultants who never gets back and dissapears with loads of promisses.
