PATHETIC VODACOM YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I did an online upgrade with Vodacom on the 3rd May 2016, Shaheena who was the agent that assisted me confirmed that all was in order and that I would get my iPhone 6 (16G) in space grey within the next 5-7 working days, GREAT I thought........ The very next day after I received confirmation messages from Vodacom, I get an sms to say that my phone has been placed on back order? Very confused I called to follow up as I was told that they have stock, I spoke to about 3 agents that day trying to get to the bottom of this and each and every one told me a different story, one went as far as to say that the phone has been discontinued and she is not sure why Shaheena confirmed my upgrade. I left a message for Shaheena to call me as the agent thought it best to speak to her as she did my upgrade, so I did and I waited. When I eventually got hold of Shaheena she confirmed that the device had in fact been discontinued and she was waiting for feedback from the supplier and she would call me back after 3pm that same day....... On the 17th May I called to speak to a manager as I had not heard anything back from Shaheena, no Managers were available so I again left a message for one to call me. Scott (Manager) did in fact call me back which as I am sure you can understand blew me away, Scott was most apologetic and he assured me that he would make it his goal to right the wrong by vodacom and would do everything in his power to source me my iPhone 6. I again thought ok let me give this guy the benefit and be patient as he also promised to call me back the very next day with feedback. Thank goodness I did not hold my breath, I AGAIN followed up with Scott on the 20th May - 3 days later, just in case I am not getting my point across clearly enough. I spent 40 minutes on the phone being pushed from one department to another, 3 people in customer care, Tumelo (supervisor) tried his best to assist but could not assist as he confirmed that his department could not sort out the problem. Eventually I got through to the online department and both Scott and Shaheena were not available to speak to. Which again did not surprise me. So I then left a message with Celeste for Scott and Shaheena, who I really did not want to speak to because of her lack of care and worry with the issue she has created. I then went and sent an email to vodacom head office via www.yellosa.co.za and again not surprisingly I have not received any form of correspondence from anyone at vodacom. Can someone please contact me to sort this out.
