PATHETIC VODACOM SUCKS

During November 2017 I cancelled the instruction at Vodacom to deduct my monthly outstanding balance directly from my bank account. As from December 2017 I paid my Vodacom bill every month with an EFT. On 28 August I did an EFT payment for the August bill and on 31 August 2018 Vodacom submitted a payment instruction against my bank account. The payment instruction was again stopped on 1 September 2018 at Absa Bank (instruction was attached). A request was then made by E Mail on 3 September 2018 to Vodacom not to submit a request for payment against my bank account. It was clearly stated that I prefer to do an EFT payment (as already for the past 9 months. Afurther request was made to send a monthly statement as well as a Tax Invoice to the following e mail address: ********** ********** Vodacom were further requested to send confirmation of receipt of e mail and that they will cancel the payment instruction to submit payment against my bank account each month. NO e mail was received, only an sms with confirmation that your debit order has successfully removed from your Vodacom account on 12 September 2018. On 26 September I called Vodacom again requesting a statement, which to date, sad to say, I have not received yet. I requested what the outstanding balance was and was informed that R100.88 added to my account as a penalty for the "returned " debit note. I immediately requested Palesa to remove /correct that as it was not my mistake. Palesa informed me that my account was not in arrears and that I should pay the outstanding balance of R1472.71 and that she will log a dispute. I was also thanked for being such a loyal customer. In no uncertain terms I clearly instructed/told her that I will only pay R1371.83, which is the outstanding balance. On 29 September 2018 notification was received from my bank that the debit order which was cancelled has been presented and that the amount of R1472.71 was deducted from my bank account. How pathetic . It seems at Vodacom the left hand does not know what the right hand does. As a so called valued customer I do demand an apology from Vodacom as well as improved service and some kind of reward for poor service and wasting of my time. Vodacom will most definitely not count and bank on my future and loyal support. Vodacom you suck............
