Pathetic Vodacom Service

I have to say that Vodacom's service is absolutely pathetic and horrible. Apart from the fact that I complained over and over and over again, about not getting the pricing I was promised. Then I write a review here and they call me back, making all kinds of promises AGAIN, and guess what....nothing since then! What a surprise. Vodacom's service is really down the drain. Horrible horrible horrible.
