Pathetic Vodacom service

I have written a review on hellopeter 2 weeks ago with regards to my issues with Vodacom . Yes ! Judy Chetty did contact me on Monday (29/04) and promised to get back to me in an hours time to inform me what is the delay with my credit note , it’s now 1 and a 1/2 weeks later and I she still hasn’t contacted me . I am highly disappointed with the pathetic service from Vodacom.
