Pathetic Vodacom Service .

Caltex service station , Puma Garage , Inspect a car , Essential hardware are all businesses in Ogies Mpumalanga struggling with vodacom signal . We use Vodacom rooters to do our business . I am a vodacom subscriber and so are the 50 of my staff members. The speedpoint machines simcards is also vodacom. Vodacom is one of the worst signal providers . We constantly struggle with signal . I cant get hold of my staff , we cant swipe petrol cards on site . We loose so much business everyday . We have phoned Vodacom numerous times to log a complaint with no response .

We have been a Vodacom Customer minimum 20 years , but you leave us no choice to switch over to MTN . I am Talking about 60+ customers you will loose in .

We have requested a booster from Vodacom for the signal problem with no response .
