pathetic vodacom service

So quick to contact u to collect outstanding money. But for 2 years i have been batteling to remove a supscription that was offered free with an upgrade. They charge me for that. But they are not so quick to remove it.

You can never get through to a manager. They alwas say they will phone u back and never do. Half the time after spending an hour on the phone with them they did not even log my query.

Pathetic!
