Pathetic vodacom service

I wrote a review a few weeks back and all I got was a petty answer when I rep**** again on their reply I still don't get a reply vodacom you busy annoying me now and all because you guys have damn *********** staff working there. Like really ****ing ***********. You need to sort my problem out now if I loose that nr I'm gona loose my ****. Your customer service is becoming pathetic to say the least not even to get me started on your staff doing customer service. When are yous going to sort my problem out
