Pathetic Vodacom Service

So Vodacom has taken it upon themselves to change my debit order date without my permission I am now unable to change it back. Firstly, you cannot simply call and speak with an actual person, and TOBi, their chat it cannot assist. All I hear are a bunch of nonsense and non-applicable voice prompts. Attempting to use the sell service or Vodacom app proves just as unhelpful to update details or assist on the matter. At one point even noting that an over 20 year old contract does not exist!! I am fed up Vodacom - I need to speak to an actual person!!
