Pathetic vodacom sale

Hi, I really appreciate the fact that a big corporate Company can get away with pathetic customer care. I have been a customer for over 10 years and now since I'm out of contract, I get numerous calls to sign up or down grade. When I say I'm not interested the sales consultant just cuts the call. Now the latest one was they reducing my premiums but need me to verify the contract. When I questioned the supervisor Mr Govendar to say the that consultant did not mention down grading, he verified it and then just dropped the call. No apology. Vodacom becoming con artist for sales
