Pathetic Vodacom - Routing Issue

I am having an issue where I cannot recieve calls from certain networks. I had this problem when I ported to vodacom a few weeks back and was resolved - it was a routing issue. How has this happened again? Please can someone get in contact with me? The last time i recieved the worst service and got extremely frustrated so its extremely disapointting to have to go through this again!!!.
