Pathetic !! Vodacom non-service provider ! Pathetic service with no regard to your company and the losses that you suffer !!
Pathetic! Vodacom non-service provider ! We have 3 business LTE contracts all of which are non-operational ! We have not been connected to the internet since Thursday when we reported the problem and have also not heard from them since then ! Oh and please don’t hold for an operator ! They escalate your report and you never hear from them again ! They are *********** and unable to answer any of your questions ! Pathetic service with no regard to your company and the losses that you suffer !! Vodacom doesn’t even deserve a star !

A consultant from Vodacom has not contacted us.
We still don’t have any internet acces (since Thursday).
We again contacted Vodacom, who could only provide is with the response that our problem has been escalated and that someone will call !!
None of this has happened.
Vodacom has a total disregard for our business, their clients and our complaints.
