PATHETIC, Vodacom is literally *****ing money from us

You are absolutely pathetic. First, you deliver the wrong phone to me, then Your courier picked up this incorrect device 8 days ago. But yet no return has been processed, we are paying over R1000 a month for a phone we don't have. Your support tells me every day that "feedback" will be given, this has been going on for 8 days, I've called over 20 times, and none of your staff are competent enough to do anything. No improvement, no progress. You are *****ing from us, this is theft.
