Pathetic Vodacom Fibre Serice (looks like vodacom is running a **** to increase their sales)

I have opened a new account for Vodacom Fibre, as part of the deal they were supposed to provide an interim Lte access while waiting for the installation from vumatel. The router, modem and sim card were delivered after couples of follow ups. While trying to connect using the provided Sim card, i found out that the sim card was not activated. I called their *** nimber twice on Friday, 02 Oct 2020 and both consultants told me that the sim will be activated after couple of hours. On Saturday, 3r October, the sim was still not activated and I called again and another consultant told me that i should give it couple of hours and it should work, did that and after couple of hours I called again and was told that no service request was logged to have the sim activated, he logged the service and provided me with the service request number SR*** and again was told this will be prioritises. Nothing worked on sunday after couples of follow up and on Monday as well.

I called again on Tuesday and the tickets has still not been attended to, I am not sure if anyone was successful in getting this fibre deal with lte interim access, but seems like a **** from vodacom just to get their sales up. I have had a number of contracts over the past years with vodacom and currently have two active contracts and not even once I had to wait for days and now going to almost a week to just get a sim activated. Their fibre department must be one of the worst department in the group and would recommend anyone to get a contract from them. I have cancelled the order and now waiting for them to came pick up their router as I wont be participating in their ****. Once the current two active contract expire, I will definitely be moving to rain or MTN. I left Telkom thinking they are bad, but seems like vodacom is the worst
