Pathetic Vodacom FIBRE

Unfortunalty i cant give a zero star im supper dissapionted with Vodacom 2 weeks without internet right now i phone them they say they will send a technician for fix my link they send a maintanance guy 2 weeks no internet but they expect a person to pay for service that does not even work utterly pathetic service now they only want to come on monday to come and repair the link where as they booked with my wife today and this has been going on for 2 consecutive weeks right now i phoned them a week ago to find out what is the situation no sir we closed the ticket i mean come on how can u expect to get money where as you dont even provide a service 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
