Pathetic Vodacom

I have posted a review on Vodacoms Pathetic and non existing service in my aria about two months ago,since then Vodacom only called me once .The technicion asked me whats wrong with the terrible signal reception/non existing like everybody in whole neighberhood complains.I also told the techn guy that i paid R15000 out of my own pocket to get some cell boosters installed all over my house.So all he wanted to come and do was:to work on my own personal signal boosters to try and get them to work better.PATHETIC !!!!!!!!,SO is Vodacom so bancrupt or currupt that they cant install or fix their own towers,i am paying more than R3000 a month for vodacom contracts,and extra R15000,and still they do absolutely nothing.People must rather go to MTN as i am sure they are better.

Even after i agreed that he can come and check my personal boosters,he didnt call again to make appointment,PATHETIC/UNRELIABLE/UNPROFESSIONAL.All Vodacom can do on time every month is to take my money and give me no service.I think its time to claim what they owe me,and also go to the ONBUDSSMAN.Even a lady working at a vodacom shop near me says she also struggles with VODACOM signal and launched many quarriers,but all with no answer..................

BE CAREFULL OF VODACOM,THEY ALWAYS HAVE EMPTY PROMISES.
