PATHETIC VODACOM EAST RAND MALL

On Wednesday 9 November 2016 I went to Vodacom East Rand Mall. I had a problem with my sons cellphone (couldnt get into google play). Yannick told me that it needs a software update. The battery was flat so they couldnt do the software upgrade. He told me to come back Thursday afternoon. So i went there and guess what they are offline. (Usually this is the problem at ERM). Was toldthat he will book the phone in for repairs. He took down my details and gave me a letter confirming that I left the phone with him. He also said he will email me the invoice for the repairs. Friday afternoon I still havent received the emails, so I called him. He said he will do a manual invoice and email to me. Sunday 13 November 2016 I still havent received the emails so I went again to ERM. Yannick again helped me but couldnt trace that the phone was booked in under my cellphone number. I told him that I left me details, he must look on his desk. Yannick manged to get the letter with my details. On the letter he wrote down the IMEI number of my phone on the letter. When Yannick entered the IMEI number on the system, it showed that he booked the phone in under his name (Why on earth would he do that, he knows it is not his phone). The other thing is that the invoice was issued in the name of Mrs B Bunting from 56 Bentel Road Boksburg. So if I didnt follow up on this, he might have taken the phone for him. I went home and called ********** and the lady said that is actually ***** and i must go back to Vodacom and ask them to cancel the job. They first refused because apparantley they already started with the job. So i called again ********** and the lady then called Yannick and insisted that they immediatley cancel the job. I manged to get my phone back on Thursday 17 November 216. Be carefull when they are offline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
