Pathetic Vodacom
What a ****ty company, after all my complaints Vodacom still did not absurd @@all to fix their ****up and now I’m getting calls asking me when I will pay the R500 that is in arrears. Mmmm never in my ducking life since it’s not my ****up

13 Dec 2021, 04:47I just want to thank Ntombikayise Tshabalala for assisting me with my Vodacom contract, I’ve been struggling with Vodacom for many months and absolutely nothing no feedback no updates nothing, Ntombikayise Tshabalala responded to my email and in less than a week she was able to sort out my account. Thank you Ntombikayise Tshabalala Vodacom needs a 1000 more like you. That’s the difference in loving your job and just doing the hare minimum to get a salary and benefits.
