Pathetic Vodacom Customer Services
I got a contract with Vodacom in February, they failed to send me an invoice & statement. I asked for an "ORIGINAL" and not copy of the documents. 6 calls to customer services, 11 emails and I still do not have an original invoice and statement.... pathetic
