Pathetic vodacom customer care and sales

Today a courier company came to drop a parcel for me from vodacom but i did not even order anything from them, when i phoned them thay say they can see i did cancel it but 2 days after that the order was proposed without me accepting it or knowledge that there was an order processed and also im being told that i will be held reliable for the contract and. When you speak to them they ceep on transferring you between the department because they keep on saying its the other departments work. Finally i spoke to a manager but was told i need to wait 3 days and phone them again to tell them again i did not order it they must cancel it.
