PATHETIC VODACOM AS ALWAYS
I paid up my contract - it ended on 25 April 2024 and, I then received an email stating that my account was handed out to attorneys. For what and why when I have no balance outstanding? This is shocking as I was a loyal client for many years and I am still on Vodacom prepaid even now. I didn’t even get a call or email from Vodacom before receiving a LAWYER’S LETTER. What is going on?
