Pathetic Vodacom
I have been battling since the 26th of March 2024 for my payment to be allocated to my March invoices, and my payment is still not allocated and they keep on giving me penalties for the March account that is not paid according to them, but I did pay it they just have to allocate the payment. Plus they want to cancel my contract lines because I didn't pay March. If they just did their flippen job they will see I did pay my invoice. I have been sending proof of payments, calling but nothing helps.
