Pathetic Vodacom

Since June month I have been struggling with my contract transfer. Last month I got a email to say the vetting was approved but no other communication received . I went to a franchise again (after my first complaint was logged but still wasn't sorted out even though people phoned me numerous times) and they could only confirm the contract transfer was successful but yet the debit order didn't go through on my account but did well on the old owners account.

Today, one day after my actual debit date I get a sms to say R828.99 was debited. Basicly double what my contract usually is - the only extra cost should have been R150 for the transfer fee as per communication received from a consultant in Tygervalley. Customer Service is of no help and could only tell me but it is because of the transferring of ownership and I have been charged for handset installment, change of number etc. This phone is over 1year old and you are charging me for something that you see as new?? Without my consent!! It is again the customer protection act saying one thing to a customer and then doing another!!!
