Pathetic Vodacom

What a nightmare it is to be a vodacom customer. I dont even enjoy owning a phone anymore as Im experiencing ridiculous amounts of data depletion.. Meanwhile there is never network coverage wherever I am! This is a nightmare! I have tried numerous times to contact vodacom ... even though their robot Tobi, where i was told they couldnt assist as they were not sure how to. Im no longer able to take any whatsap calls due to no network coverage every single day. I DNT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I WAS ABLE TO! I want to be re imbursed for my data. There is no way I can use up 1GB everytime within a few minutes ... NOT EVEN AN HOUR!.. This is absolutely annoying. Everyday I try to call customer care and it always says they are experiencing high call volumes. Every day this week ! Not once have I had a chance to speak to a consultant.
