PATHETIC VODACOM

I wrote in a few months ago regarding the problems I am having with regards to sorting out my account with Vodacom. And believe it or not, they rep**** to my previous post and said they would contact me. And they did. I asked for a statement from January to present as they were still charging me for a cancelled contract. This was in May. I received a reply in July and in the interim had sms's telling me I was going to be handed over. What they sent me was the current invoice for each number. Not what I was looking for. I tried to phone them but it becomes an absolute nightmare going through all the selections before you find a person who turns out is not the correct person to speak to. A credit was passed on my account for R1399 when they in fact over charged me by R3176. Today (15.8.16) I received another sms saying I had been handed over. I went through the painstaking process of calling in to sort this out. I spoke to Vinolia who cut me off. I called again and spoke to Reesha who I had to explain the whole story to again and she said she would email the statement to me. I'm still waiting. So I called again but by this time I was livid and I wanted to speak to a manager. I spoke to Amy who transferred me to Vuyfile who transferred me to Thabo. When I asked him what his position was (since I had asked for a manager) he told me he (Thabo) is in Cape Town. I don't care where he is, is he a manager? NO!!

I asked for his manager and he kept insisting that he could help me. I asked him for the Vodacom head office phone number and he didn't know. Eventually he said he would transfer me to his line manager. When I asked him who that was, he also didn't know. He put me on hold for ages and I eventually gave up and looked on the net for a land line number which I found. I called and asked for a manager. The receptionist asked what the problem was which I briefly told her and she said she would transfer me to a supervisor. I said I didn't want to speak to a supervisor, I wanted a manager and she refused saying I had to speak to the supervisor. So I spoke to Kim who should have been at home in bed since she was coughing and sneezing on the phone while talking to me. I ONCE AGAIN told my story and she said she would send me the statement which she did. At last. I can clearly see that there is a problem. I tried to call her back to go through the entries but being put on hold again was just one too many times for me. So still I sit with a problem with my account which I am not paying until they sort it out. I am quite happy to pay for the contracts which are correct. My frustration is endless with these people.
