Pathetic Vodacom

In the last 2 weeks i updated my contract with Vodacom to save money in these difficult times - they were good enough to give me a much reduced new contract fee but what is supposed to start in May they have politely added to this months existing bill - so i now have my current monthly bill with an extra R450 added on

I have been on the phone to the customer care and they just say they can only reverse and cancel this but its still not done

Unbelievable how ******* their service is as usual
