Pathetic vodacom

Would just like to tell Vodacom that I think their service is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend vodacom to anyone. I processed an upgrade on my 076 number in july 2017. However vodamcom upgraded my ********** 450 number. I phined vodacom and they advised I had to return the phone. Once the Phone is returned they advised that they will process the upgrade on the correct contract number. (Which was done accoeding to me). However to find out one year later that this has still not been fixes and im due for an upgrade in 2022. Pathetic!!!!!!!!! I have been phoning vodacom customer care and stll nothing is resolved.
