PATHETIC Vodacom

Sent phone in to be repaired while under guarantee...then as always Vodacom took forever to fix it....after almost 2 months the phone eventually came back but still did not work. They told me to buy a battery. I paid R450 for a new battery and STILL the phone did not work! When I sent it back they told me the guarantee has expired and that they can't fix my phone??? Can't believe vodacom is so useless!<br> I will not let this happen as the phone was still under guarantee when I sent it to be repaired!!!!
