Pathetic Vodacom!!!

I am still waiting for pathetic Vodacom to reverse an upgrade after they sent the wrong device! The wrong item was returned via your courier on 15 March collection number COL***7. Seems like nobody at Vodacom knows how to fix your mess-ups!

Now I am being told that the item has not been received back yet... even though I have the waybill/POD details indicating that it was delivered by RAM on 16 March
