Pathetic Vodacom

I received a price increase mail from Vodacom and this is due to better networks etc, etc, I have never benefitted from this as 70% of the time I have \no service"on my phones and there is no 3G signal and I have the 3G stick. I sent 2 responses to Vodacom and as usual no response. I been complaining since 2006 about the signal and they say that they are working on it...... Come on guys think of a better excuse. 9 years is too long to be worknig on it. """
