Pathetic, useless service , Stay far away people Please

For the Past 6 months I have paid all my accounts up to date I have even settled my bike. I have not asked or requested for payment holidays on any of my accounts. I earn a good salary always positive month in and month out. So today I went to Vodacom 4 u in Clear water Mall with the worst customer service I have ever seen. Okay let me start by saying employ staff whom understand a contract and when I ask a question give me the honest answer 5 hours later I called them back they said sorry you have been declined I said *** for what reason he said he doesn’t know and putt the phone down Vodacom you are pathetic, useless , no service and declined a future client walk straight into Cellc 25min later assisted not the phone I wanted but they helped me ... people stay away you will save yourself the cost as Vodacom is the most expensive in data they suck at signal and they suck with credit approval .. don’t even bother telling me that you try resolve the matter because you won’t ..... atleast I have a massive following on social media and My post will state Cellc is the best
