I have ZERO trust in vodacom when it comes to upgrades or services. EVERY UPGRADE over the last few years have been a total mess! Incomplete delivery of items, lacking descriptions and communication while selling an upgrade over the phone... blatant withholding of the full package description. AND NOISY CALL-CENTRES TO DEAL WITH IF AND WHEN YOU GET HELPED!!!!!

far better off with a different company! cannot recommend! stay away from upgrades and contracts over the phone!
