Pathetic unreliable service

<p>my iPhone 7 plus refuses to switch on , I sent it in to Vodacom to get it repaired . They are not at all interested in repairing it instead they want to charge me 9000 Rands to replace it for a new one because there was a small crack on it . Firstly I didn't ask for it to be replaced I asked for it to be repaired !! Secondly my warranty still applies !! Why should I pay so much of money just because they won't bother to fix it !!!! </p>
