Pathetic turnaround time to resolve a simple query.

I took out a data contract last year at Vodacom Ballito Junction. When I looked at the statement recently I noticed that I am being charged for Insurance. I was not advised of insurance when I was signing the contract. Had I been offered this I would have declined as this is a R149 contract. I contacted Vodacom on social media on 31/01/2019 and again on 29/04/2019. I was sent an email address to use for my query. After several up and down emails I have to date received no resolution to my query. I contacted Vodacom on social media last week and they advised that they would follow up if no resolution by the end of last week. No response was received since then so I followed up yesterday. I was again advised that Finrite was requested to resolve this matter. I have no dealings with Finrite. I took a contract with Vodacom and the insurance charge in question is being included in my Vodacom debit order. It really is not a complicated matter. I want the insurance cancelled and these charges reversed off my account. If this matter is not resolved by my next debit order date 01/06/2019 then I will go to the bank on the 2nd and have the debit order reversed back to me. Once resolution is received I will make payment. I would like to re-iterate as I have previously on my communication. I have no dealings with Finrite so it is not my problem to communicate with them. I want Vodacom to resolve this!
