Pathetic to the max.

Vodacom unfortunately is going down a slippery slide of utter chaos and uselessness. Their repairs and service centre is completely ***********. You don't get offered a loan phone, when they take more than a week to repair your phone. You call the branch and they prefer to place you on hold for massive periods of time. Then when you complain out come the excuses "we have technicians on leave". Guess what not your customers problem (customers that pay massive premiums for years) plan better you clowns. Can't wait for year end to cancel my contracts.
