Pathetic to non existing and unstable network speed on LTE.
Network speeds pathetic and getting worse every week on LTE. Feedback is that the speed is worse than in the past as more and more devices are connecting. Their answer is more towers will be built but until then we basically have to live with it or cancel our contracts. (which will take at least another year or two). Then allowing Cell C to use their towers and causing more congestion for their own customers.
If you are going to inconvenience your customer because of your lack of planning you should let them know in advance and instead of increasing your contract prices midway through the contracts, rather decrease them to compensate. Or offer alternatives at a discount.

This review was posted after feedback was received. So it is not resolved. My internet speed is still pathetic. And since the answer was just hold on until we build towers, it is not solved.

08 Feb 2024, 11:41Your feedback referred to was clearly unsatisfactory and therefore I wrote this review. I need a solution to the problem now and not just a cancel or wait for towers as this is not a solution even worth mentioning. I am sure others would appreciate the knowledge not to get LTE as Vodacom feels fine with providing bad speeds constantly for a full contract period as long as they get more customers on an already overloaded network. And no, it is not just during evening peak we experience poor speeds and most of the day is is ok. In fact, we almost always have slow speed with only every now and then good speed.

09 Feb 2024, 13:18Seeing as Vodacom is not responding to my reply, it seems the best route is cancel my contract. How am I suppose to work or use something that does not work as it is suppose to with no support for an immediate solution other than wait until we have new towers. By then my contract has finished anyways and why would I want to renew.
