PATHETIC THE WAY REPAIRS IN DONE,

PATHETIC THE WAY REPAIRS IN DONE, on 8 March 2025 I have booked in a phone for repairs that just doesn't want to switch on which is still under warranty, on 10 Mar 2025 I received an sms for a quote (for a device under warranty) after some explanation the Vodacom shop en Mossel Bay send the device to the Vodacom Repair shop in Johannesburg for a warranty repair. 26 Mar went to collect the device, it wasn't working and was send back to Vodacom Repair Johannesburg for a second time, Friday 4 Apr 2025 again went to fetch device again it wasn't working, again it was send to the Vodacom Repair Centre in Johannesburg for the 3rd time, IT IS PATHETIC THE WAY REPAIRS IN DONE, HOW COME DOES A DEVICE HAVE TO BE BACK 3 TIMES, I AM AWATING FEEDBACK FROM VODACOM ON THIS AND HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE WORKING NEXT TIME I RECEIVED IT

On Monday 14 April I received the phone back again, initially it looks like it doesn't want to work but then it worked for a week and again today pack up, doesn't want to charge the battery or switch on, THE ONLY OPTION NOW FOR VODACOM IS TO REPLACE THIS PHONE ASAP, NO MORE NICE STORIES OR PHAHETIC SEFVICE, CONTACT ME AND ARRANGE REPLACEMENT URGENTLY
