I have been in frequent contact with Vodacom since the beginning of the month with absolutely no resolve to my problem. I have called several times in which call center agents ask me repeatedly to restart my phone, change network operators, escalate the calls to technicians and make promises to always follow up. By the fourth call they stop following up on the status of the fault even when it has not been resolved yet. I opened a service request and it was closed without the fault be corrected. Vodacom has now even stopped me from logging calls for this fault since they say that I have reached my limit in terms of support. Each time they say I must wait two hours, 24 hours, 14 days,…They have resynched my phone coutless times. I cannot make phone calls and am unable to use any data services. I have logged the following service request:

001FUaC4TT732B27
001FUaC4TT732B6A
I sometimes do not even receive calls. It is not my phone handset since when I swap sims with another phone, the problem follows the SIM. I have done a SIM swap and yet the problem remains. The problem is on my account. When is Vodacom planning to fix this problem. They remain complacent of this problem for nearly a month!!

Best regards,
Its now the 2nd January and despite several calls and emails from different people residing within different departments at Vodacom, the problem still persist as much as their empty promises to resolve the problem by end of business daily.
Does anyone know of the ombudsmen for cell phone companies. Reversing my Vodacom debit order will give me a bad credit record. Real protection for the consumer.
