PATHETIC SIGNAL/NO INTERNET
Good day.
I have complained about Vodacom in past and now once again the problem has risen yet again.
I have a portable mobile wifi router which has a vodacom sim card in. Now the whole point is that is convenient because you actually have your own wifi wherever you go....or so anyone would thought.
I am currently living in Upington, Northern Cape. I'm working in the town more spesifically at the known high school - High School Upington to be precise. Now the problem I have is the following: When I switch on my router and connect to it via wifi.....then I get that it connects to the router but it tells me no internet is availeble. Now how can this be? I have more then enough data on the sim card and I have already reseted the router so it could not be one of those two things.
After almost 2 hours at least from switch the on and off then eventually I get internet. But alas, the internet is pathetic to sat the least. I cannot even manage to load a basic website like Google. Now what could possible be the problem?
There could only be one problem and that is the pathetic and poor signal I get from Vodacom. Like I have mentioned....I struggled in the past with very poor signal and can't seem to do anything. Now the problem has risen yet again. I simply just about had enough of this!! Vodacom claim to be the best network there is, but then something like this happens.
I do hope that there were be actively be working on this problem or otherwise believe....I wil continue to post report like this on hello peter....every single day....until I have seen a difference in the pathetic signal I receive from the about place in the town that I work.
I have done some research of my one....a lot people who are also Vodacom customers...they to complain that the signal is very weak to poor and when they get signal it's as if you cannot do anything at all. I can't even update my weather information....now that sound very pathetic to me!!
I really do hope there will be actively be worked on this. Thank you
Kind regards Mr. Elriek Swanepoel
