Pathetic sevice
<p>I took out a online contract on the 10.12.16 but 4 days later phone was overheating, Iphoned them and they told meto put everthing back into the box it will be picked up by carrier services,the phone was picked up the next day but since then I have phoned them 6 times to ask what is happening with my contract but all they can tell me is this matter has been exculated to the powers of above, and now i am still waiting 5.1.17. this must be the most pathetic company in south africa, because nobody can help you, there is no such thing as customer care at Vodacom there staff do not know what the hell they are doing, but as they say what goes around comes around all of you will reep what you sow but your turn will come.</p> <p>Basil Knight</p>
