My husband was retrenched from Maxion wheels last year, the arrangement between my husband and the employer was that he can transfer the vodacom contract to his own name, In October my husband went to the Meyersdal branch where he was assisted by Tasneem and handed in all the paperwork. He wanted to transfer the contract to his business account where he is the director. Tasneem informed him that this was not possible. We then completed paperwork to transfer it to his personal account. Months went by and nothing happened. The employer informed him that they will have to cancel the contract and he must return the phone and sim.

When Tasneem was contacted she claimed to know nothing about the paperwork handed in. After numerous emails were sent she remembered the paperwork. My husband once again forwarded all the paperwork and the key accounts manager from Allisom got involved. Then there were problems with the letterhead of my husband's previous employer and Divan was going to contact Theo at Maxion wheels. After this we still did not hear from them. Tasneem then informed my husband that Transunion is not picking up the link between the business account and his ID number. Clearly on the report forwarded to us you can see the company name was spelled incorrectly.

I then took it upon myself to contact them as per email below and ask them to sort out this problem. Till today I have sent an email asking them for feedback and still nothing. I tried phoning Divan on his landline and cellphone and no answer or call back.

As stated in emails below I am not going to accept their quick way out to cancel the contract. My husband started his company last year and we spent a lot of money on branding and he is running his business from the number.

The incompanticy and neglect will be a great loss financially for us and our business. So I will not accept the fact that they are sitting backwards and just want to do a cancellation of the line!!!!
