Pathetic service- worst ever!!! Arrogant personell

<p>I phoned in to vodacom to do an upgrade last week Wednesday. Can't remember the persons name but he helped me good and did an upgrade. Even phoning the warehouse to confirm availability of the specific phone. I started calling Tuesday to track the deliverance of the phone. OMG you don't get throug to de right departments. The machine answering giving you options don't register causing I am being cut the whole time. Eventually customer serv got my call to upgrades department due to the fact that there were no answer. The person put me through and after 15min I got to speak with upgrades department! There a lady helped me and told me there were no upgrade done for me!!! I coudnt believe my ears!! I explained the situation and she asked that I hold on. I hold on for 30min in deadly silence. Eventually she answered say I did an upgrade at the store!!! I reguested to speak to a manager causing me to hold on for another 30min deadly silence. The MRS Louisa answered. Rudest arrogant person I ever spoke to! Did not give me chance to explain. She even put me on hold when she felt I did not listen to HER. The more I explain the more se interups me tellin me to listen to her!!! Eventually she did an upgrade taking minimum info( I wonder if the deal will go throug, still no sms for confirmation of the deal) and before I could ask her surname she dropped the phone and send my call to the rating line where I was unable to rate her rude and pathetic service!!!!! I am still wondering if I was helped now because one can't get throug to the department. If a manger can phone because I am blowing up this service all over as far as I can!!!</p>
