Pathetic service with vodacom online

Please never order or open an contract online with vodacom the service is pathetic and if you do not phone them you wil never know the status of your order. I have been with vodacom for many years and your service is really up to sh@t the past few years.Delivery that should have taken 2 to 3 days ended up over 8 days and then i had to phone them twice to cancle, still the courier company arrived at my home and was not informed of the cancelation. I then send the courier guys back with the package, maybe then vodacom will cancel the order.
